Non-corrosion

SAFA PIPES resist corrosion caused by acid. alkalis. oils. salts. moisture and the media inside and outside the pipe. It is particularly reliable for resistance to the sever climaticandsoilconditionsinSaudi Arabia.

Instructions for installing plastic pipes – UPVC

Method of installing pipes by gluing
    1. The pipe is inserted intothe head or connection pieces anda circular mark is placed to determine the overlap distancebetween the head andthe tail.
    2. . The tail of the pipe is sanded (rinsed) with a suitable file.especially inthe caseof cutting pipes at the work site..
    3. The head and tail of the pipe andthe connection pieces are cleanedwell with a piece of clean. dry cloth..
    4. The adhesive is applied with a clean brushsuitable for the diameterof the pipe inonedirection onthe tail of the pipe andinsidethe heador connection pieces..
    5. The tail is inserted into the headof the pipe or connection pieceswith the full overlapdistancespecifiedbythe mark onthe tail ofthe pipe. taking care notto movethe pipe ina circular direction..
    6.    The line operationis tested 24 hours after the completion of thegluing process
    7. The adhesive materialshould not be left open so that it does not dry out

 

How to install pipes with a head with a rubber ring (gasket)
  1.  The(pipe tail) is inserted into the head (without a rubber ring) and acircular markis placed to determine the overlap distance between theheadandthetail.
  2.  The rubber ring andthe inner surface of the pipe head cavity arecleaned well.
  3. The beveled end (pipe tail) is cleaned to remove any stuck objects orgrease. With cleaning liquid. then the ring is placed inthe cavity.
  4.  The beveled part is painted with vegetablegrease anda smallamount of the same grease is placed onthe edge of the rubber ring ina circular manner only and accurately to facilitate the installationprocess
  5.  Thehead andtail areplaced ina straight lineandpushedinonemotion to complete the installation process.
  6.  For largesizes more than 280 mm.a plier is used to insert thepipetail intothe head

Important Notes.
It is forbidden to lower the pipes with ironchains.but useplastic wire.
The head of the pipe mustbe cleaned well andlubricated withvegetable grease before installation..
The quality of the connectionsmustbe ensured by taking a clipofthe pipe cap..
The straightnessof the branchmustbe ensured bypulling a threadbetween the axesof the fittings..
The level and cleanlinessof the base layer mustbe ensured and thecompaction mustbe ensured properly..
The levels abovethe back of the pipe mustbe checkedand thencovered with clean sand around the pipe..
It is importantto note that the backfill layers shouldnotbe loweredfroma highheight so as notto damagethe body of the pipe..
It is strictly forbidden to use excessiveforceor knockonthe pipepieces and pipes to forcefully insert them between the pipes andpipe pieces andconnections.
If insulation for long distance must put flexible joint for expansion and shrinkage.
